What can you expect from our time together?
I aim to offer a safe space where your story will be respected and listened to without judgment. For most this means meeting weekly, or fortnightly at the same time and place, though this can be tailored to your needs.
I offer a free phone consultation where we can discuss if you have any distinct issues you want to explore, how counselling may help you and agree a way forward.
This agreement is written in sand rather than stone - it's OK to change your mind
